Happy Lunar New Years Eve!
I have been watching CCTV this morning, and there is so much coverage of Chinese New Year. I have always been fascinated by the cultural practices of other people, and ONE of the things that I love about international adoption is the opportunty to learn and incorporate other traditions into our family life.
China is one of the oldest and richest cultures in the world, and I am honored to have it become part of our world through our daughter.
May the year of the dog bring us peace, prosperity, good fortune......
and may all our families be enriched by the addition of our Chinese daughters
