Well, our friends Daphne and Greg of Journey to Emily Faith ( www.emilysadoption.blogspot.com )
are due to get " THE CALL " around noon tomorrow. They are getting their referral after a 8.5 month wait.
I am on pins and needles---I cannot imagine how they must feel! To watch someone in your own circle, (someone who has shared the ups and downs of the wait with you) get their referral is just a wonderful feeling. It does happen. There IS a referral at the end of this journey--or maybe I should say the beginning! because tomorrow is a new beginning for this family........and for the little baby that will soon be known as Emily Faith.
What a momentous time for us all.
