Dad takes us out on the town

Tonight we had dinner at the Rose Garden. We walked through the park to get there and they were just turning on the lanterns. very serene. there was a man performing Chinese Opera pieces and we stopped to listen for a while, before going in for dinner. The Rose Garden features all kinds of exotic fare, including ducks toungue and chicken feet. We played it safe with roasted duck appetizer and cashew chicken which was very delicious! Check out the Rose Garden for a little something different. Its right before you get to Lucy's on the Pearl River. Soccer is a big sport here in China and the restaurant has tables set up along the Pearl River Promenade tonight, and big screen t.v.s to show the world cup match.

Before dinner we walked around the Lobby of the White Swan so Amelia could babble at the fish in the Koi pond.

Getting ready for dinner. Look Grandma! I'm wearing the dress you made!

I know I have said this over and over, but I'm just so happy for y'all. I never use the computer at home after using one at work all day, but I can't seem to stay off of it now. I log on before work, after work and all through the night waiting for pictures and updates. You all look so happy and like the perfect family. You can tell she is a very happy and loved baby. We can't wait to meet Amelia!!!! We love you all.

Cindy & Jim
You three were made for each other. Little Amelia is the icing on the cake of a beautiful family. She looks so fragile. We can't wait to finally meet her and see you guys. You and Jim look to be born naturals at this parenting thing. Take care and we look forward to seeing all of you when you get home.

Love
Dad & Jenny
