We celebrated Fathers Day at the Cantonese restaurant across, and just down the street from the White Swan. (the one beside the photo shop where you get visa photos) It was delicious! the best Chinese food ever! (yes, the best EVER, Tricia!) So much fun. unfortunately, we forgot the camera for our special dinner, so our photos were taken before we left, and of the window of the restaurant earlier in the day.
They have big tubs of seafood in the entrance; things you expect, like gigantic tiger prawns, fish, crabs, oysters, conch, lobster etc. but also live eels, turtles and.......silkworm anyone???? is this dinner or a Survivor epsiode?
We didnt order any of the exotic stuff, but enjoyed looking at it anyway. We did have Jasmine Tea, Lemon Chicken, Stir Fried Pork with Ginger and Spring Onion, Brocolli with Garlic, and Fried Rice. Some travel groups have the group dinner there, but we are just a travel group of 2 families, and the other family is sick with the crud. We went on our own and had a blast. The staff speaks minimal English, but there are "subtitles" on the menu and we had no trouble at all.
Happy Fathers Day to an awesome dad, that changes poopy diapers and everything......the whole shebang.
Amelia and I are lucky to have you, Jimmy. We love you more than anything.
............and Jimmy and I are both so thankful for our own loving fathers.

We ate there too. Definately an adventure. Amelia is so sweet, I just want to smoosh her cute cheeks! Y'all are looking good too, you are just naturals at this parenting stuff!

Happy Belated Father's Day, Jimmy! Sorry we haven't posted comments lately ~ we are just now starting to resurface from the long flight home. Amelia is simply beautiful and is blossoming like a new spring flower right before our very eyes. So excited for you guys to be home. I'll try to remember not to touch her ears...but those sweet cheeks are mine!! hahaha Enjoy the rest of your week and godspeed home!
