CCAI has posted in the family news section that Referrals have been mailed from China. We should hear something by Thursday or Friday. Of course, I hope that the packet includes at least some April referrals, but even if its only through the end of March, I'm still excited! Roll on referrals, Roll on! Because each batch puts me one step closer to Amelia. Thank you CCAI for posting reliable updates for your families!
