So many things that I do as a parent, are a real compliment to my parents. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, right? This is especially true in my attempt to recreate the holidays of my childhood for Amelia. I was bound and determined to dye eggs with her this year, although I thought she was probably a little young to enjoy it. I was pleasantly surprised though :) she really got into it. of course, anything that involves splashing in water appeals to this girl.....just ask the dog.......who rarely has water in his bowl, because Miss A dumps it out 40 times per day. or puts her shoes in it, or mommy's keys, etc. Give her some water in pretty colors?
