Our guide, Kathy, just called from the American Consulate. Our paperwork passed all reveiws, so little Xin Chu is ours on both sides of the globe. She'll be an American citizen as soon as we touch ground in San Francisco.
we go for the swearing in ceremony tomorrow afternoon. unfortunately, no cameras will be allowed, but we'll seal it in our minds and hearts.
then home on Thursday!
